A quick word about Insurance
The way you pay Junior (U5/6-U17) has changed from 2024.
QRL affiliated clubs will no longer be collecting Insurance as part of the club registration fees. This will now be collected by the NRL / QRL at the time of Junior Registration in the My Sideline Portal. This has seen a slight decrease in club fees from last year. The reason for this was 2 fold - it reduced the massive price rise clubs were facing from the Insurer, and now all kids are covered, regardless of where they play, from the moment of registration.

Note that these age groups are not covered by the NRL/QRL Individual Player Insurance Policy and the club is required to source the team insurance

YOU MUST REGISTER IN MYSIDELINE AND RAPTORS PORTAL
In 2023 we moved to a two part registration process - we did this in an endeavour to cut down on paper based receipts and to offer our Raptors family more flexibility in paying for their registrations. We are not the first club to move to a two step process.
The new process includes the ability for families to make payments in 4 monthly instalments by credit card (admin fees apply).
Please read on and follow the registration steps outlined below:
STEP ONE: REGISTER WITH MY SIDELINE
Step one is to complete your NRL My Sideline registration. When you get to the end if you are a Junior YOU MUST PAY YOUR INSURANCE ONLINE WITH MYSIDELINE. HOWEVER DO NOT PAY YOUR CLUB FEES ON MYSIDELINE.
Select the option to pay later with the club.
***** PLEASE DO NOT PAY YOUR REGISTRATION VIA CREDIT CARD AT END OF MYSIDELINE REGISTRATION - ONLY PAY YOUR INSURANCE****
Our preferred payment methods are all via our portal as outlined below. Please make a record of your NRL Id as it appears in MySideline.
IF YOU ARE THE PARENT OF A RETURNING PLAYER - PLEASE LOGIN TO MYSIDELINE WITH THE SAME DETAILS AS LAST YEAR. DO NOT CREATE YOUR CHILD A NEW PROFILE - IT SHOULD ALREADY EXIST!
If you are having trouble please contact registrar@robinaraptors.com - we can lookup the email address you have previously used to register your child.
Your child's NRL Profile stays with them for life - please don't keep creating a new one - the one profile keeps track of all the important events and statistics associated with your child's playing career.
STEP TWO: REGISTER WITH RAPTORS MEMBER PORTAL
The next step is to register with your players with the new Raptors Members Portal.
NOTE: ONLY FEE PAYING PLAYERS NEED TO REGISTER ON THE PORTAL AT THIS STAGE. VOLUNTEERS JUST NEED A MYSIDELINE REGISTRATION.
Follow the link below to complete the portal registration:

You will need to provide some detail you have already supplied in My Sideline (sorry we dont have the systems synced - yet)

You can let us know your players preferred Shirt and Shorts sizing (don't worry we are flexible and it can change on fitting day - we just like to have the sizes as guide)

Please let us know your players NRL Id from MySideline - Mum and dad please make sure this is your child's Id and not your own one.

Finally you can choose to make a payment in full with your credit / debit card, bank transfer or by Payment Plan over 4 months (for registrations prior to Jan 25)
